Should I be backing anything up from jMailerPro?

The only thing you can and should be backing up is the suppression list. If anything happens where you need to reinstall jMailerPro, you will want to ensure that you do not send e-mail to anyone who has explicitly asked you not to.

Here's how you downlolad a backup of your suppression list:

• Login to your jMailerPro
• Click on "Work With Suppression List"
• Click on "Import/Export"
• Click on "Export Suppression List"
