How do I setup
automatic bounce processing?
You setup my jMailerPro in the past. What is my bounce
password?
This is most likely the same as your hosting account password. If that
fails, try your jMailerPro password. Failing that, you will need to
change the password in your hosting account's control panel. See
question 5 if you need more help.

You installed my jMailerPro, but my bounce box is always empty?
Chances
are, we setup a bounce rule to keep the box from filling up with bounce
e-mails. You will have to remove this filter in the "Account level
filtering" section of your cPanel.
- This section only applies to hosting accounts with cPanel.
- Login to your cPanel (http://YourDomain.com/cpanel
usually)
- Find the "Mail"
section of the cPanel.
- Select "Account Level filtering"
- Delete the "Bouncer" rule

My "Test Bounce
Settings" always shows an error!
We've noticed this on some server setups, but if you are certain the
bounce settings are correct, simply save them. The bounce processing will still function, if the credentials are correct.

How do I create an
e-mail account in cPanel?
This is covered in the
Getting
Started > Hosting > Setting up
e-mail forwarders & accounts - Email Accounts section
of our documentation.

I'm having trouble
with this. What do I do?
Send an e-mail to
support@jmailerpro.com
describing your problem, and include your hosting account credentials
if you want us to inspect the account personally to see what the
problem is.
Note: If a
reinstallation is required, you will be asked to pay the reinstallation
fee of $15 - We do so many of these, we simply cannot do them for free.
However, we will do everything we can do to resolve your problem.
