Troubleshooting

My jMailerPro keeps complaining of remote file access. What do I do?

This means "allow_url_fopen" directive in PHP is disabled. jMailerPro needs this to access it's licensing server. Create a file called "php.ini" in your jMailerPro directory with the following line in it:
allow_url_fopen = On

If that fails to solve the error, contact your server administrator and ask them to enable this directive.

My jMailerPro was sending but now shows an error with 1 left to send.

This sometimes happens when jMailerPro's waiting screen is refreshed at the same time the campaign files are removed. To move past this error, simply click the "Abort" button. No data will have been lost as your campaign was already complete.

My jMailerPro sometimes shows a error with jmailerpro.com in the error.

This happens from time to time, and is because our licensing server is experiencing some downtime. Don't worry, this won't effect your jMailerPro. You can simply ignore the errors and our server will be back online usually within a couple of hours.
